This Privacy Policy applies to the web platform lorrify.in (and related domains), the Lorrify Fleet & Transport Management Portals, and Lorrify Mobile Applications.
The Lorrify platform is designed, developed, owned, and operated by Kalp Code Private Limited("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your data transparently in full compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act.
2. Exactly What Data We Collect & Store
Our platform provides transport management modules for vehicles, drivers, parties, freight trips, fuel logs, maintenance, tyre tracking, and ledgers. Based on our application features, we collect only the following information:
a. User & Profile Account Data
Full Name, Mobile Number (used for OTP authentication), Email Address, Organization / Fleet Name, GSTIN, PAN, and Office Address.
b. Vehicle & Driver Master Records
Driver License numbers & expiry dates, Commercial Vehicle Registration (RC) numbers, vehicle permits, driver contact details, and assigned vehicle records.
c. Trip & Operational Logistics Data
Trip Origin & Destination location names, Start KM and End KM Odometer readings, freight weight, driver advances, fuel purchases (liters/amount), and party billing ledgers.
d. Documents & Media Attachments
User-uploaded files including Proof of Delivery (POD) receipt images, vehicle document attachments, fuel bills, and tyre purchase receipts.
3. Location & Route Data Handling
Lorrify records trip origin, destination names, route stops, and odometer mileage readings entered by users or fleet operators during trip creation and dispatch management.
Trip location records are used exclusively to calculate trip distance, freight charges, driver settlements, and party ledgers within your organization account.
4. How We Use Your Information
Kalp Code Private Limited uses the collected information strictly for legitimate commercial transport management purposes:
- Managing fleet dispatching, driver settlements, fuel logs, and vehicle expense records.
- Generating Party Ledgers, Load Billings, Vendor Transaction records, and operational reports.
- Sending transactional SMS and Push Notifications for OTP login and account updates.
- Maintaining system security, preventing unauthorized access, and backing up organization data.
5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to advertisers or third parties. We share data only with necessary infrastructure providers:
SMS Gateways
TRAI-compliant SMS gateways to deliver One-Time Passwords (OTP) and login security verification.
Secure Database & Media Storage
Encrypted relational database servers and cloud storage for user-uploaded POD images and vehicle documents.
6. User Data Rights & Account Deletion
