1. Platform Scope & Ownership
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lorrify.in, Lorrify Web Portals, and Lorrify Mobile Applications.
The Lorrify platform is owned and operated by Kalp Code Private Limited("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using our platform features, you enter into a binding agreement with Kalp Code Private Limited.
2. Platform Modules & Account Usage
Lorrify provides software tools for fleet and transport management including:
- Vehicles & Drivers: Managing vehicle registration numbers, fitness permits, driver profile records, and license details.
- Trip & Freight Dispatching: Creating trip dispatches, recording trip origin/destinations, start/end odometer readings, freight charges, and driver advances.
- Fuel & Expense Tracking: Recording fuel fill logs (liters, amounts), vehicle maintenance logs, and vendor transactions.
- Party Ledgers & Billing: Maintaining Party (Customer) ledgers, load billings, and document uploads (PODs).
3. Accuracy of Entered Data & Document Uploads
Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all entered trip mileage readings, fuel records, GST numbers, and uploaded Proof of Delivery (POD) document images. Kalp Code Private Limited is not responsible for discrepancies arising from incorrect manual entries.
4. Intellectual Property & Support
All platform software code, database design, user interface assets, and branding logos are the exclusive property of Kalp Code Private Limited.
